01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, dispatching time is 2-4 days.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will find invoice along with product/s.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Return

We don’t accept returns. We accept returns only when you get a Damaged Item.

Click to Shopping offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

Click to Shopping  offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

 

Notes:

a.  For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

b.  For damaged packing boxes, Click to Shopping cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

c.  For ordinary products, You shall complain or open a dispute with us within 5 days after packages are delivered.

d.  For electronic products, You shall complain or open a dispute to us within 10 days after packages are delivered.
